Responsible for the day to day operation of the AE business ensuring that sales team are hitting targets, business development functions well, budgets are kept in line and output targets are met.
1. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
2. Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
3. Revises and oversees development of content plans by analyzes campaign results;
4. Analyzes new opportunities for growth and presents to potential clients, works closely with business development.
5. Insures quality growth of Acorn Entertainment digital brand platform
6. Determines production requirements and schedule by reviewing client requirements;
7. Develops client strategies by examining client objectives, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements.
8. Keeps clients informed by compiling, analyzing, and reporting marketing results;
9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks
