- Standardize and maintain the key elements of all SC quality management systems and the third party certification. - Design and Maintain a standard Defect Reporting process for SC aligned with local divisions. - Perform frequent quality performance and development reviews with respective divisions. - Ensure one face engagement to the customer in standardizing the quality complaint system and APQP approach. - Establish and perform a robust internal and external supplier development program in accordance to the related corporate initiative. - Manage SC Six Sigma Strategy. Mentor Six Sigma Resources. - Support actively key projects with OEMs in case of the involvement of multiple product groups. - Regular cumulative reporting to the management team of Sales Company. - Drive quality improvement at Division for customers and Performing of quality improvement events with low performing division. - Problem solving for quality improvement. - Continuous improvement of customer claim process, driving the divisions to actively engage at early phase of failure analysis, on site check or verification, problem solving and corrective action, to ensure 100% of customer satisfaction on 8D reporting and solutions. - Proactively communicate and report quality issue back to division and drive for action plans. - Communicate with customers on quality issue if all necessary.
- Engineer (Master degree) or adequate qualification - Min. 5 years manager experience in QM in the motion & control and/or automotive area, including several years experiences in working in an multi-cultural team/organization. - Statistical background (e.g. six sigma black belt) - Robust skills in all areas of Lean Enterprise, broad knowledge in APQP - Strong experience in auditing in accordance to 9001/TS level - Experienced in supplier development programs - Robust experiences to work in/with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams and projects - Fluent in English language - Good presentation and moderation skills as well as fundamental coaching skills.
