上海市 2019-01-25发布- Lead world-area supply chain performance improvements in support of business needs; areas of improvement include on-time delivery, quality, cost initiatives and intra-company parts/assembly issues. - Use appropriate tools and processes, to include, but may not be limited to the following: Lean Techniques, Six Sigma Tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Capability Studies, Process Mapping, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility Analysis (Gage R&R) - Manage projects through completion, using Quality Assurance, Engineering and Procurement associates as needed across the business - Conduct training at suppliers in the use of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and global Supplier Quality Manual requirements - Track and monitor supplier performance metrics in respective world area. - Conduct project briefings to upper-level management - Lead supplier approvals process; conduct on-site quality system (ESAC) and process audits, to include follow up and closure of open items discovered during the audits - Assist commodity managers in leading supplier business reviews - World-area responsibility for supply chain performance.
- Technical Degree (BSME, BSEE, BS Metallurgical Engineering, BSIE) required. Expertise in die casting, sand casting, investment casting, machining, metallurgy, rubber, plastic, springs, stampings, forgings are a plus. Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop and implement plans and solutions ensuring continuous improvement. - 5 years’ experience in supplier improvement efforts with demonstrated analytical, communication, project management and decision-making skills; operations and/or procurement experience preferred - Must possess project management and auditing skills - Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. - Able to read prints and understand Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) - Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project - Strong presentation skills. - Travel – 75% (local and international travel) - International experience preferred. English required; Multilingual preferred.
