职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • 1. Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
    2. Communicates with staff, board members, and other stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics for meetings both internally and externally. 
    3. Takes detailed notes and prepares action item summaries during and after each meeting.
    4. Interprets and condenses the key points from finance and marketing reports and summarizes for the CEO.
    5. Conducts detailed research on various topics as requested.
    6. Prepares Powerpoint presentations and basic quantitative analyses in Excel as needed; and
    7. Maintains a detailed filing system on behalf of the CEO.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
    2. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    3. At least 5 years of experience providing support for upper-level management.
    4. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
    5. Proficient in use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    6. Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail.
    7. Strong work ethic with self-accountability for high-quality results.
    8. Positive attitude and perseverance in the face of challenges and changing circumstances.
    9. High-energy self-starter capable of completing a diverse workload within strict timelines.
    10. Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
    11. Ability to work with a broad range of people including board members, staff, service providers, and business partners.
    12. Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
