>Lead the strategy planning process, conduct the portfolio analysis and assessment to identify revenue and growth plans by market and product segments.
>Work closely with the field sales organization, key distributors, internal executives, and key business partners to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.
>Oversee business/market intelligence development, conduct fact-based analysis of market trends; competitive data; technology advancements; customer needs assessment and new product developments; syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous business opportunities
>Create and prioritize strategic technology development plan, local NPI (new products introduction) activities; lead and or co-lead with technology function on local PAC (product approval committee) reviews and global PAC review; drive NPIs high say-do ratio.
>Set local pricing guideline and governance/approval process together with General Manager, improve overall pricing excellence by closely monitoring and adjusting with the competitive market and internal margin expectation.
>Identify branding opportunities to further expand product lines, market penetration, as well as positioning advantages in the market
>Encourage entrepreneurship spirit among the organization and constantly identify the new business winning opportunities and breakthrough initiatives. Identify and evaluate inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions, alliance, licensing, and partnership opportunities locally by linking with the strategic plan.
>Ensure functional strategies always align with and support overall business strategy; Develop, implement and adjust comprehensive marketing plans focusing on growing sales and increasing profitability
>Drive new products launch right and fast and co-lead with sales leaders on new products training or refresh training; ensure upgrade sales competency as one of key go-to-market strategies.
>Support and coordinate Government specification approval processes
